I wear many hats. I am an artist, a nurturer, a singer/songwriter, and a lifelong learner guided by insatiable curiosity. I am also a passionate integrative health and wellness coach and the heart and soul behind Kindlight Coaching. As a neurodivergent individual who is finding healing and balance within the experiences of C-PTSD, burnout, and chronic health issues, I understand the unique challenges faced by those who march to the beat of their own drum. My journey has been one of self-discovery and resilience, guiding me to embrace my authentic self and find stability amidst life’s complexities. It is from this place of empathy and compassion that I serve my clients, offering a gentle presence and a safe place to discover your path toward the answers you seek to bring vision, balance, and intentional purpose to your life.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Health and Wellness Coaching, I've dedicated my life to understanding the intricacies of the human mind and fostering holistic well-being. My specialization includes training at the Polyvagal Institute in Polyvagal-Informed Coaching, enabling me to integrate cutting-edge neurobiological insights into my coaching practice. I'm also in the process of obtaining my ACC level of ICF Credentialing, ensuring that my methods meet the highest standards in the coaching profession.

At Kindlight Coaching, I offer a sanctuary for brains (& their humans) of all kinds! I am particularly passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals find their place in a world that can feel overwhelming and baffling. Individuals in education and parenting roles (especially new parents experiencing the post-partum transition) who seek a nurturing, empathetic space to explore their potential may find this space especially empowering. My goal is to hold all humans with the utmost care! My approach is rooted in gentle presence, fostering physiological safety, and creating opportunities for authentic self-expression. Through personalized coaching, I help my clients develop self-compassion, confidence, and the skills to navigate life's challenges with ease.
